David Carriger is the superintendent for USD 420. He was the high school principal for 6 years and assumed the position of superintendent in July of 1998. He has college degrees from at York College, Newman University, Concordia University and Emporia State University. He enjoys working for the district due to the great student body and staff. Mr. Carriger and his wife Debbie reside in Osage City. They have two children Brian and Craig who are in college.
